Storage Auction Kings was founded nearly 35 years ago as Ray Fenter & Associates, by Raymond C. Fenter, Schur Success Auction & Appraisal. Storage Auction Kings is a two-generation Colorado auction & appraisal company with an eye towards the future. With nearly 200 locations and growing, we are the place to look for storage auctions.

Barrett started working for Schur Success Auction & Appraisal immediately after graduating from World Wide College of Auctioneering in 2012. In 2016 they were looking to the future. As a result, they wanted to focus on their other auction services. That meant finding someone to maintain the high level service they provided for their storage auction clients. Most importantly, they were looking for someone that could purchase the company. As well as continue to expand and provide a high level of service to clients.

When the opportunity was offered to Barrett he was excited to further his career within the auction industry . With a lot of help from Tessa we started to work on the possibility of owning our own auction business.  We were the perfect match to take over and purchase Storage Auction Kings.  We have worked hard to take Storage Auction Kings to a new level.  

Our primary goal is to concentrate solely on storage auctions at our clients self storage facilities. Because of our nearly 200 self storage locations, we are THE place to look for storage auctions.
