• Storage Auction Kings also provides a lock cut service for self-storage facilities. Once the facility has not received payment for a period of no less than 30 days. The facility must notify the tenant first and then can cut the tenants lock and conduct a THRESHOLD inventory with a witness present (Storage Auction Kings Representative). This further remove management from all auction proceedings. Shifting the liability of the entire process away from the management.
• Once the inventory is conducted, a Storage Auction Kings lock cut tag will be placed on the unit. When bidders see that Storage Auction Kings has conducted the THRESHOLD inventory.
